Terms & Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions

These terms and conditions govern the rights and obligations of the contracting parties in the provision of services by Apertia.ai in the field of artificial intelligence, process automation, and related consulting services.

2. Definitions

• Provider: Apertia.ai, Reg. No.: 27117758
• Client: A natural or legal person using the Provider's services
• Services: AI solutions, automation, consulting, and related products
• Contract: Contractual relationship between the Provider and the Client

3. Subject of the Contract

The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of artificial intelligence, including:

• Development and implementation of custom AI agents
• Automation of business processes
• AI consulting services
• Training and education
• Technical support and maintenance

4. Order and Contract Conclusion

The contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Provider. The order may be placed via a contact form, email, or in-person meeting.

5. Price and Payment Terms

Service prices are determined individually based on the scope of the project. Standard payment terms are 14 days from the invoice date, unless otherwise agreed.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Provider undertakes to:

• Provide services in the agreed scope and quality
• Meet the agreed deadlines
• Protect the Client's confidential information
• Provide technical support

The Client undertakes to:

• Provide the necessary cooperation
• Pay the service fees within the specified deadlines
• Use the services in accordance with the terms

7. Liability

The Provider is liable for damages caused by a breach of its obligations up to the amount of the paid service fee. The Provider is not liable for damages caused by improper use of the services by the Client.

8. Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the GDPR regulation. The Provider undertakes to protect all Client data.

9. Contract Termination

Either party may withdraw from the contract in the event of a material breach of the terms by the other party. Withdrawal must be made in writing.

10. Final Provisions

These terms and conditions become effective on the date of their publication. The Provider reserves the right to amend them. Matters not regulated by these terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
