The machine that sells.
From a supplier's first offer to a finished proposal for your customer. No retyping, no waiting, no weekends. People step in only where their judgement is worth something.
Built and proven in the live operation of an international vehicle trader
Trade as a continuous flow, not a pile of e-mails.
A trader lives on speed: whoever knows first what is in stock, where and at what price, makes the sale. Until now that speed came from people and spreadsheets. We built it as a machine. Everything that reaches the company is read, filed, compared and turned into the next step on its own.
e-mails, PDFs, spreadsheets, web forms, manufacturer stock, portals
AI extracts every item, price, currency, supplier and source
best-value items, match to the inquiry, budget feasibility
inquiry to the supplier, proposal to the customer, purchase order in the supplier's language
An offer arrives by e-mail. Someone opens it, retypes it into a spreadsheet, compares it, makes a call, writes a proposal. The next day. If they are in.
An offer arrives by e-mail. Minutes later every item is in the system, compared with the market and ready for a proposal. A person only says yes.
Whatever the market says, the machine hears.
Supplier offers
E-mail, PDF, Excel or plain text in the message body. No standard required: every supplier writes their own way and the machine understands.
Customer inquiries
Web, e-mail, a forwarded message. Free text becomes a brief: what the customer wants, the budget, what is a must and what is a wish.
Manufacturer stock and portals
A robot browses manufacturer websites country by country, reads stock offers with prices, and stores the link and the seller with every find.
Offer reader
Breaks an offer into single items, converts currencies, recognises the supplier and the contact person.
Inquiry desk
Replies in the customer's language, asks only for what is missing, and hands "call me" to a person.
Stock scout
Searches the market for every inquiry and returns the exact match, a close deviation and a better-value alternative.
Buyer
Inquires the found items with the suppliers holding them. One message per supplier, ready to send.
None of the agents needs training, takes holidays or forgets. Each has one job and does it the same way every time.
Six automata. One line.
Each of them runs in live operation today. Together they form a line from supplier to customer that would otherwise keep several people busy every day.
Offer intake
Over a thousand items from supplier offers on the very first run. Each on its own, priced in the original currency and in euros.
Morning selection
Every morning the best-value items in each category. A thousand rows become roughly a hundred worth attention.
Market search
The robot walks manufacturer stock and records what it found, where, and who holds it. Also when it found nothing.
Inquiry → match
The customer's brief is matched with the offers and the machine says whether the budget is realistic. Before the salesman picks up the phone.
Purchasing
Supplier inquiry and a purchase order in the supplier's language, on one page, sent from the purchasing mailbox.
Customer proposal
Catalogue or premium layout, PDF and e-mail in the customer's language. A few clicks from the selected items.
Control stays with you
Nothing leaves without a person having seen it. Price negotiation is the buyer's craft and the machine respects that: it prepares the facts, the market price and the history, and leaves the decision to the buyer.
Everything is traceable
Every item carries a link to the original e-mail or web page, every robot find a screenshot. No "I saw it somewhere".
Cars are the first industry. Not the last.
The machine does not know it sells cars. It knows that suppliers send offers, customers send inquiries, and between them stands someone who must be faster than the market. The same holds for machinery, property, materials, equipment and made-to-order goods.
Accounting that keeps itself
Incoming invoices are read, matched with the order and the goods, approved by your rules and passed to the accounting system. Payments are matched from the bank statement. The accountant checks, not retypes.
With one small piece
We do not start with a year-long project. We start with one automaton you can try on your own data within days. The next ones follow once the first one earns.
